Period 5: 5-8. Quizzes and tests for chapter 5 will begin next week, probably Tuesday.
Keep lookout on blog.

All other periods: The quiz was reviewed today in Mrs. Armstrong’s class. I’ll review any remaining questions on Monday.
The chapter 5 test will be no later than Tuesday, possibly Monday.
Check back on blog this weekend for the posting of test. I will probably create it no sooner than Saturday morning and no later than Sunday morning. In the meantime, make sure your child understands the concepts of all lessons. Work practice problems from workbooks and the textbook. Grades for today’s test are posted on Skyward unless your student is finishing up on Monday or was absent.

I really, really like this video. This teacher talks about the concept of numbers using base ten blocks first and then talks about the problems more abstractly (without blocks). Worth watching.

Quick pace. Easy examples used.
