Semester Exams
The semester exams will be given as follows:
Monday January 12th Elective Specials
Tuesday January 13th Language Arts
Wednesday January 14th Science and Reading
Tuesday January 20th Social Studies
Wednesday January 21st Math
The grade for the semester exam will count as 20% of the student’s grade on the report card.
Also, on the next report card, there will be credit given for the last benchmark test results as follows:
90-100 = 5 points added to student grade
80-89 = 3 points added to student grade
70-79 = 2 points added to student grade
60-69 = 1 points added to student grade
0-59 = 0 points added to student grade

FCAT Awareness Night:
Students come play warball on February 5, 2009 from 5:30 to 7:30. Admission price: At least one parent, (or adult responsible for/avidly interested in the child-grandparent, guardian, aunt/uncle, etc) to attend the FCAT Awareness Night.
MLK Parade-NO SCHOOL
January 19th Martin Luther King Parade. Holiday for all. No school January 19, 2009.
EARLY RELEASE-This Thursday and Friday
January 15th Thursday and January 16th Friday are Early Release Days for students.
