Greetings All and Happy New Year to Each of You
For the last few years, shuttle buses have been provided to transport parade participants from Lawnwood Stadium and Lawnwood Elementary School to Chester A. Moore and Lincoln Park Academy for line-up.
Unfortunately, that service cannot be provided this year.
Schools should arrange to have parents bring students to C.A. Moore or Lincoln Park Academy to connect with staff from the schools. Parents should not leave students unattended. If parents do not walk with the school, please arrange for them to pick up their students at the end of the parade route at Lawnwood Elementary School.
A staff member should remain with students until everyone is picked by a parent or guardian.
Restrooms will be open for staff, students and parent use at C.A. Moore and Lincoln Park Academy.
Thank you for your participation in this outstanding community event during this 25th anniversary celebration. Together, we will continue to “Meet the Challenges of the Dream”.
